Start off strong this year! The Kickstart Your Wellness promotion makes it easy to begin with doTERRA so that you can live a wellness lifestyle. Follow the simple steps below to get the products you want—and earn free points.

Step 1

Enroll with a 100 PV enrollment order in January. For customers starting out with doTERRA, the best way to get going is with an enrollment kit. Here are a few kit suggestions that will make it easy to reach 100 PV and kickstart your wellness goals:

Step 2

Sign up for the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) and place a 100 PV loyalty order in February. You can order any products you want, as long as they add up to at least 100 PV. 

Step 3

Enjoy 100 free product points! If you placed your 100 PV enrollment order in January and followed up with a 100 PV loyalty order in February, we’ll send you 100 points to redeem for your favorite products.

How It Works
  1. Place a 100 PV enrollment order during the month of January.
  2. Sign up for the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) and place a 100 PV loyalty order in February.
  3. If you completed steps one and two, we’ll add 100 points to your account, which can be redeemed for free products.

Rules & Terms

  • PV is not always equal to the cost of an order. Before completing the order, the member must verify that the order is 100 PV or more. Any orders below this qualifying PV will not be eligible.
  • Enrollment orders placed outside of the qualifying time period (January 1–31, 2020) do not qualify for the promotion. No exceptions will be made.
  • Loyalty orders placed outside of the qualifying time period (February 1–29, 2020) do not qualify for the promotion. No exceptions will be made.
  • Orders, once placed, cannot be changed, adjusted, or combined to qualify for the promotion.
  • If the order is returned within the qualifying period, the member will no longer be eligible for the 100 points.
  • You must enroll as either a Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate in order to qualify.


    How long will this promotion last?
    The qualifying period for enrollment orders is January 1–31, 2020. The qualifying period for loyalty orders is February 1–29, 2020.

    What is the difference between price and PV?
    PV is not the same as the dollar amount of the order. Though for some products the PV and dollar amount match, this does not mean that PV equates to the dollar amount of the products. Please review your PV amount before processing your order.

    My order is under 100 PV. Can I still participate?
    To qualify for this promotion, your order must be at least 100 PV. 

    What markets are participating in this promotion?
    The US, Canada, and any other participating markets are participating.

    My credit card is being declined. What should I do?
    If your credit card is being declined, make sure that you have entered the correct postal and security code (found on the back of your card). 

    I am a Retail Customer. Can I participate in this promotion?
    No. Retail Customers cannot earn points. If you would like to earn the 100 points upon enrollment, you can enroll as a Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate.

    How do I know if my order has been placed and processed?
    An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.

    When will the points be awarded to my account?
    You will see this reflected in your account on or just after March 15.

    Can I place multiple orders that add up to 100 PV?
    No. You must place one single order of 100 PV or more to qualify for this promotion.

    If you feel you have qualified for the promotion but did not receive the points, please call into Member Services at (800) 411-8151, chat in using our Live Chat feature, or send a short email to our Member Services team at no later than March 15, 2020. Exceptions will not be made after this date.
